NEOHUMAN Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and NEOHUMAN LLC (“NEOHUMAN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Services.
Eligibility
The Services are intended only for individuals age 18 or older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
General wellness only
The Services provide general wellness, fitness, nutrition, educational, and informational content. The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, psychotherapy, physical therapy, or medical nutrition therapy, and are not a substitute for care by a licensed physician, registered dietitian nutritionist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
AI-generated outputs
Some content, plans, recommendations, and outputs are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence or other automated tools. You understand that AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, not clinically appropriate, or unsuitable for your goals, medical history, injuries, allergies, medications, or physical condition. You agree not to rely on the Services for diagnosis, treatment, emergency decisions, or decisions that should reasonably be made with a qualified professional.
Health and safety
You are responsible for determining whether use of the Services is safe and appropriate for you. Before starting a new exercise, nutrition, or wellness program, and before acting on any output from the Services, consult an appropriate professional, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, chronic disease, cardiovascular condition, kidney disease, diabetes, a history of disordered eating, severe allergies, or any other condition that could affect safe participation.
Emergency use prohibited
The Services are not monitored for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact an appropriate healthcare professional immediately.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
Subscriptions and billing
Certain Services may be offered on a paid subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription charges disclosed at checkout. Unless otherwise disclosed, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the manage subscriptions tab in the settings of the app or by emailing us at support@neohumanapp.com. Additional terms regarding trials, promotional periods, billing frequency, price changes, refunds, and store-billed subscriptions are disclosed at purchase and incorporated into these Terms.
User content
You may be able to submit, post, upload, or share content, including profile information, comments, photos, workout logs, meal logs, and community posts (“User Content”). You retain ownership of User Content, but you grant NEOHUMAN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, moderate, distribute, and otherwise process User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, moderate, and promote the Services.
Public content
If you post content in public or community areas, you understand that it may be visible to other users and, depending on your settings, to the public. Do not post information you do not want shared.
Acceptable use. You agree not to:
violate any law;
harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others;
post hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or unlawful content;
promote self-harm, eating-disorder behavior, dangerous weight-cutting, steroid abuse, or reckless fitness challenges;
post medical misinformation or instructions likely to risk physical harm;
upload content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization;
interfere with security or platform integrity; or
use the Services to build a competing product, scrape data, or reverse engineer restricted parts of the Services except as allowed by law.
Moderation and enforcement
We may monitor, review, remove, restrict, or disable User Content, accounts, or access to features at our discretion to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or manage risk. We are not obligated to publish or keep any content available.
Intellectual property
The Services, including software, text, graphics, branding, designs, selection, arrangement, and non-user content, are owned by NEOHUMAN or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the Services as authorized by these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
Feedback
If you send suggestions, feedback, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEOHUMAN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or medically or nutritionally appropriate for you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEOHUMAN and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, personal injury, or property damage arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
Release and assumption of risk
By using exercise, meal planning, or wellness features, you knowingly assume the risks associated with physical activity, dietary changes, food allergies, and acting on educational and AI-generated outputs.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEOHUMAN and related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your User Content, misuse of the Services, or violation of these Terms.
DMCA and copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please contact our designated DMCA agent as set out in our DMCA Policy.
Mobile app terms
If you download our app through an app store, you agree that the relevant app store provider is not responsible for the Services and that your use remains subject to the applicable platform terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
